Privacy policy

Privacy policy is very important for us. Below we present a short description of which data is collected in our shop and who can access this information.

1. General terms

Our Privacy Policy informs about measures we take to protect personal data of the customers of the store www.petbutik.pl (named further as Store)

2. Personal data

Any personal information given by the customers in the address forms are used only to fulfill the sale agreement between our store and the customers.

E-mail addresses are used for the newsletter only if the Customer declares (by a special form available on our website) a willingness to receive the newsletter. If a customer has agreed to receive a newsletter (by accepting a relevant newsletter agreement checkbox), their email address will only be used for marketing products offered by petbutik.pl. To resign from receiving the newsletter, you should inform the shop’s team by sending e-mail to: admin@petbutik.pl.
In order to fulfill the sale agreement, the store may make your personal data available to its Partners which are commissioned to fulfill orders, i.e. courier companies, Polish Post S.A. and payment systems operators. In that case, the amount of shared personal data is limited to the necessary minimum. We also inform that the personal data of our customers might be made available to Public Authorities if requested by law regulations. Our customers have the right to request information about their personal data as well as the right to demand to (i) change, (ii) block, (iii) remove data and (iv) correct mistakes, (v) complete or (vi) update the customer’s personal data. 3. Protection of personal data – fulfillment of sale agreement

The Administrator of the data is Anna Jaszczuk, a co-owner in Leburre Jaszczuk s.j., (Wyganowska 8 F, 03-085 Warsaw, Poland).
The personal data is used to make and fulfill sale agreements as upon placed orders. The agreement is the legal base of the data protection.
The personal data of our customers might be made available to Public Authorities if requested by law regulations. The personal data might be also made available to Partners which are commissioned to fulfill orders by the Administrator of the data. The personal data might be made available to the Processors, the entities processing data as commissioned the the Data Administrator. The Personal Data as presented in the sales agreement, will be procesed during the period requested by the legal regulations.
We hereby inform that The Customer has the right to (i) access their personal data, (ii) to amend and to (iii) limit the amount of processed data.
The Customer has the right to (iv) object processing their data and to (v) to transfer their data.
The Customer has the right to (vi) place a complaint on the Administrator to the Supervisory Authority. The Supervisory Authority is the General Data Protection Inspector based at Stawki 2 in Warsaw (or the authority replacing them after May 25, 2018).
Submitting personal data is necessary to conclude the sale agreement. Not providing the personal data will result in the lack of sale agreement conclusion. We inform that (vii) automated profiling is not used in the process of sale agreement fulfillment or in the decision process.

4. Protection of personal data – marketing information

The Administrator of the data is Anna Jaszczuk, a co-owner in Leburre Jaszczuk s.j., (Wyganowska 8 F, 03-085 Warsaw, Poland).
The personal data is processed in order to transmit trade information, including marketing information, as referred to the products sold in the Store. The data is processed based on the agreement mentioned in Section nr 2. The personal date may be made available to Partners and Third parties cooperating with the Administrator of the Data.
The personal data might be made available to Public Authorities if requested by law regulations. The personal data might be made available to the Processors, the entities processing data as commissioned the Data Administrator. The Personal Data, will be processed for an unlimited period of time until a denial is claimed by the Customer.
We hereby inform that The Customer has the right to (i) access their personal data, (ii) to amend and to (iii) limit the amount of processed data.
The Customer has the right to (iv) object processing their data and to transfer their data. At any time, the Customer has the right to (v) withdraw the agreement to process their data in order to receive the marketing information.The withdrawal of the agreement to process the data has no influence upon the compliance with the data protection law that was made based on the agreement prior to agreement withdrawal.
The Customer has the right to (vi) place a complaint to the Supervisory Authority. The Supervisory Authority is the General Data Protection Inspector based at Stawki 2 in Warsaw.

Submitting personal data is voluntary. The lack of submission of personal data will result in not receiving any trade information, including marketing information via electronic way. We inform that (vii) automated profiling is not used in the process of sale agreement fulfillment or in the decision process.

5. IP Addresses

The traffic in our webstore is monitored by internal statistics. We gather this information to observe our customers’ preferences and to be able to adjust our store offer to your specific needs. Thus IP addresses are needed in order to count properly the traffic of a Customer/the Customers in particular parts of our store.

6. Cookie files

Our website uses temporary “session” cookies. You allow to use cookies according to the settings of your browser. For Customer’s safety and comfort we inform that if you are using this page you allow to use cookies. If you do not accept cookies you should tick them off in the settings of your browser.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

The owner of the store reserves the right to introduce necessary changes, withdrawal or modification of certain properties of the website pages of the Store as well as the right to cease operations, to transfer the rights to the store and the right to make all legal acts allowed by applicable law.
All actions performed by the Store Owner or Data Administrator may not infringe on the Store's user rights.
