Payments

All the prices in our store www.petbutik.pl include taxes and are given in PLN on the Polish website and in EUR on the English website. However, they don’t include delivery costs, unless it is specified differently in the conditions of the store’s promotions. The price given for every product is binding since the moment of making an order and is in force until the transaction is over.

The are several possible ways of payment:

• PAYMENT WITH BANK TRANSFER (POLISH AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  In the title of please write your order number. We will try to send the ordered and prepaid item the next weekday after your payment is received.

• PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD - FAST ONLINE PAYMENT (POLISH AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

• PAYPAL PAYMENT (POLISH AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
  In the PayPal payment system there are no extra charges for paying in PLN/EUR. You pay from your bank account, credit or debit card, without revealing your financial data.

• PAYMENT AT THE DELIVERY (ONLY FOR ORDERS IN POLAND)
  The proper amount should be paid to the courier at the moment of delivery.

• WE ISSUE VAT INVOICES
  If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please write your VAT identification number and all the address and contact details in the section ‘Leave a message’ in the check out section, when placing the order. The bills will be sent via email as a PDF file.
