  • POLAND DELIVERIES:

    Courier delivery service, prepayment:
     
    • DHL courier:  17 PLN (up to 24 hours since the dispatch date) 
    • Pocztex 24 courier: 14 PLN (1-2 days since the dispatch date) 

    Courier delivery service, payment at the delivery (COD):
     
    • DHL courier: 22 PLN (up to 24 hours since the dispatch date) 
    • Pocztex 24 courier: 18 PLN (1-2 days since the dispatch date) 
  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

    • We ship in European Union using best express couriers:

    • Delivery dates to countries in EU depend on the target country, delivery time is usually 4-5 working days.

  • THE ORDER AND DELIVERY STATUS:
    You can always check your order status:
     
    • If while making your order you have created an account - you can check the status after logging in.
    • If you haven’t created an account - check your order status without logging in (giving your order number and your e-mail address).
  • ORDER DISPATCH RULES: 
     
    • The purchased products are sent within 1-3 working days since the moment of getting payment confirmation or the moment of receiving the order (if you chose to pay at the delivery – this option is valid for Poland only). However, we try to send all the products as soon as possible.
    • The price includes packaging costs.
    • The transport costs could vary depending on the weight and amount of the ordered items.
    • When you buy several products, we advice you to purchase them in one basket not to multiply the transport costs. We can’t group two different orders, so the dispatch costs are added to each order separately, unless decided individually.
    • Each item is properly packed and secured before sending it.
    • Once you receive your item, please check if it hasn’t been damaged during the transport.
  • PRODUCT EXCHANGE:

    If one wishes to exchange the purchased product, the customer should send it back to our showroom at their cost. Additionally, the costs of resending and exchanged product should be covered by the Customer. The proper amount of money should be transferred to the account of the petbutik.pl to cover the costs of new shipment. The new product will be sent after receiving the payment for resending.
